General on-street/lot parking

Metered/PayStation

Parking lots are located throughout the downtown area and on-street parking is available in many areas. Some areas require payment for parking with a pay-station and others  with meters. Parking in  these areas is enforced 8:00am-5:00pm,  Monday-Saturday, excluding national holidays. The Castillo de San Marcos lot  is enforced seven days a week, 8:00am-5:00pm. Note that enforcement in the King  Street/Cathedral Place area begins at 10:00am, Monday-Saturday.

• Rate: $1.50 per hour / $.50 per hour with ParkNowcard
• Time limit: on-street – 3 hours / lots – 4 hours

The Historic Downtown Parking Facility,  located adjacent to the Visitors Information Center, can accommodate almost 1,200 vehicles including motorcycles and  honors ParkNow cards. The parking facility is frequented by visitors as well as residents who work in downtown businesses, Flagler College students and those seeking a convenient place to park while shopping or attending a special event.

• Location: At the Visitor   Information Center on 10 West Castillo Drive (click here for map)
• Rate: $10.00 flat rate all day
• Motorcycle parking is available and proper handicapped identification is honored

 

If you visit downtown   frequently, you may want to purchase the ParkNow card. For more  information go to the city’s Financial Services Center, 50 Bridge St.,   Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-5:00pm.  You can receive personal instructions on how to use the ParkNow card.

Overnight Parking

By permit only, overnight parking of RV’s, tour buses and trailers is available in the lot designated for such vehicles on Riberia Street.  The permits are $26.50 ($25.00 plus $1.50 sales tax) and are available at the parking facility office. The City is not responsible for the security or safety of vehicles parked in the lot and camping  is not allowed.

 

Enforcement

    All on-street parking and   parking lots are patrolled by enforcement specialists Monday-Saturday from   8:00am-5:00pm.  On street parking around the Plaza de la Constitución from Charlotte to Cordova streets between King St. and Cathedral Place, parking will not be enforced between the hours of 8:00am to 10:00am.
