Live Music & Nightlife Schedule for October 9th – October 15th 2013 in Saint Augustine FL

We’ve got some great things for you to do this week in St Augustine. What would you like? Music? Karaoke? Football? Soccer? Hockey? Wow! We have it all! We even have some great festivals around to add to the mix.  Check out our list below.

October 11, 12 & 13 is the annual St Augustine Greek Festival celebrating all things Greek — food, dancing, music and heritage. Taste from our homemade Greek foods and Greek pastries; join us in traditional Greek dancing and music, an outdoor marketplace and Kids Center with carnival rides & games and other children’s activities, and much more. Join us at the Special Events (Francis) Field — U.S. 1 and West Castillo Drive, next to the St. Augustine Visitors Center and Parking Garage. Admission: $3 (children 12 and under are free, as well as active-duty military and their immediate family).

St. Augustine’s Festival of Musicwill run from 1 to 9 p.m. Oct. 12 in the gazebo of the Plaza de la Constitution, between King Street and Cathedral Place, in downtown St. Augustine.  This year’s lineup features more classical and string ensembles including violin, guitar lute and banjo. Flamenco guitar, jazz piano, classical piano and an eclectic violin and guitar duo also will be on stage.

It’s a foodie’s dream… Sample the tantalizing creations offered by area restaurants at the Flavors of Florida’s Historic Coast Top Chef Cook-Off Thursday, Oct. 10!  From 6 to 9 p.m. at the beautiful Renaissance World Golf Village Resort the event features tastings and an exciting culinary competition.

The St Augustine Record Fair – St Augustine Amphitheater Gates will be held on Sunday, October 13 from noon – 6pm There will be several live bands playing, a professional DJ between band sets, a bounce house for the kids, and food and drinks will be available for purchase. The event will be free and open to the public, and there will be ample free parking in the Amphitheatre parking lot as well. Confirmed entertainment includes Queen Beef, The Mold, Telepathic Lines and The Rivernecks.  Hear Hear DJ Services will be doing the DJ-ing between bands.

Enjoy the Monty Python-inspired music comedy “Spamalot” at St. Augustine’s Limelight Theater. 2:00 on Saturday.

If you are just looking for your favorite band or bar, we have that too. We try to get as much information on the different bars, pubs and taverns around St Augustine so that you can find just what you are after.
