PHILADANCO! – In celebration of St. Augustine’s place in the history of the Civil Rights Movement and the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act, the EMMA Concert Association presents PHILADANCO! PHILADANCO is the Philadelphia Dance Company featuring dancers that are a miracle of skill and energy.
