Live Music & Nightlife for October 14th – 20th, 2014 in St Augustine, FL

Well it’s time to take a break from all of the festivals and concerts. Just in case you don’t know how it works here…. We’ll  have one weekend of tons of things to do and then a weekend of very few. We let you have a rest.  **grin** This Saturday don’t miss the 8th Annual Sea Turtle Festival from noon to 5 p.m. at the St. Augustine Municipal Marina.  The family-oriented festival features live music, conservation and wildlife education tables, great food by Dirty Bird Winds, beer from SweetWater brewery and local art work from local artisans.  There is a suggested donation of $2 per person and all proceeds fund annual local beach clean-up efforts and summer education programs. Click here for more information http://keepersofthecoast.org  There are a couple of concerts out there. “Ghouls Night Out” with Jake Miller at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on Friday, October 17 and the Ziggy Marley concert on Sunday, October 19 is SOLD OUT. Friday, October 17 – Ponte Vedra Concert Hall – 97.9 KISS FM Presents “Ghouls Night Out” with Jake Miller
Popstar/Rapper Jake Miller will be performing a free show at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on Friday, October 17, as part of 97.9 FM’s “Ghouls Night Out” Party. Miller is most well-known for his songs “First Flight Home”, “Like Me” and “Collide”. Local DJ-DJ E.L. will also perform at the concert. The Dungeons Scream Park will decorate.

Ever since Jake Miller began posting his original songs on YouTube a few years ago, the 21-year-old Miami-born pop artist has been building a virtual army of fans. His millions of social media community followers call themselves the Millertary and come to his concerts wearing camouflage and greasepaint under their eyes.
